Located in a rural area but close to the city, this villa offers an amazing outdoor space, with a green garden and a fantastic view of the mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. This villa has three bedrooms, one of which is en suite, with a bathtub. The living room and kitchen are large and integrated, with a modern and cozy décor. The villa also has another bathroom with shower, a garage, where you can park free of problems, a laundry room and an outdoor barbecue space.

If you like to walk through nature, here you can take advantage of the proximity to our typical levadas, which are irrigation canals that run through the island and offer stunning landscapes. You can also visit the Madeira Natural Park, which has a unique flora and fauna in the world.
If you prefer to relax and soak up the sun, you can choose between the various sandy or pebble beaches that the island has. Some of them are: Formosa Beach, Calhau Beach, Reis Magos Beach and Ponta do Sol Beach. And of course, don't forget to try the local cuisine, which is rich in fish, fruit, and sweets.
