Located in a rural area, but close to the city, this villa offers an incredible outdoor space, with a green garden and a fantastic view of the mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. This villa has three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, with a bathtub. The living room and kitchen are spacious and integrated, with a modern and cosy decor. The villa also has another bathroom with a shower, a garage where you can park without any problems, a laundry room and an outdoor barbecue area.

If you like to walk in nature, you can take advantage of the proximity to our typical levadas, which are irrigation channels that run through the island and offer stunning landscapes. You can also visit the Madeira Natural Park, which has a unique flora and fauna in the world.

Some of them are: Praia Formosa, Praia do Calhau, Praia dos Reis Magos and Praia da Ponta do Sol. And of course, don't forget to try the local cuisine, which is rich in fish, fruits and sweets.
