This flat located in a great residential area is cozy, fully equipped and prepared to receive up to 4 people. It is located in Caniço, an area known for its many facilities, from restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies to the beautiful beach of Reis Magos and its pleasant promenade.
The flat has a large and modern living room and dining area withplenty of natural light thanks to the balcony to which it gives access. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment you will need for your holidays and also has a small area ideal for family breakfast. For your convenience, this accommodation also has a laundry area with washing machine and some other utensils for your domestic chores.
Both bedrooms are comfortable and with plenty of storage and comfort. One of them is an ensuite with a more private bathroom for your convenience.
The accommodation also has another bathroom available or all guests and company.
If you wish to rent a car, the accommodation offers a private parking space in the building's garage. This is undoubtedly the best way to explore the island in comfort and freedom.
Despite the facilities close to the accommodation, the motorway is only a few minutes away allowing you to explore both the east and west sides of the island.
Funchal, the island's capital, is only 10 minutes from the guest house. The Lavradores Market, the old town and the seafront are just some of the landmarks not to be missed.
The east side, like Ponta do Sol and Calheta, are the sunniest parts of the island and are easily accessible by car in about 40 minutes. On the other hand, the west side, such as Caniçal and the northwestern part of Santa are almost a must-see for everyone who visits us.
