When booking directly with us the communication is easier and with no intermediaries, meaning that no extra charges or taxes will be added (portal taxes).
The payments are normally done in two phases. The first one must be done 30 or 15 days before arrival (depending on the cancelation policy for your reservation). The second payment will de done on the arrival date.
You can pay with a credit card or bank transfer. When booking directly with us, Paypal is also available as a payment method.
You can always cancel your reservation free of charges within 30 days before arrival without any charges. Nevertheless, as we have several cancellation policies, please be aware of your cancellation policy in your confirmation e-mail.

Before your check-in, you will be added to a WhatsApp group where we will share the accommodation’s exact location as well as some other important information.
After we schedule a check-in time, a host will be at the property to welcome you.
You will receive the check-out information on your WhatsApp group a day before your departure. Nevertheless, we just kindly ask you to close the doors, the windows and turn off all the lights.
